Villa Gringmuth

The Villa Gringmuth is in the district Niederlößnitz the Saxon town of Radebeul , in Winzerstraße  3. Dating back to 1840 house is one of "the earliest country houses of Lossnitz ". The building was already a listed building during the GDR era .

The listed country house, including the enclosure, is located on a corner plot of land facing Schuchstrasse. It is a two-storey building with a protruding, tiled hipped roof , in which a slated gable dormer shows in the middle facing Winzerstraße . Under the hipped roof there is a main cornice , which is decorated with a frieze on the head of a beam .

In the symmetrical five-axis street view, the house entrance is in the middle, arched like the windows on this floor. The arched windows are framed by sandstone walls with fighter stones. On the two outer sides of the main view there is a flat projecting , uniaxial side elevation , the two component edges of which are emphasized by corner blocks.

The side views of the plastered building are biaxial. On the back of the building there is a cast-iron arbor in front of the entrance . All windows, the arched as well as the rectangular ones on the upper floor, are accompanied by folding shutters .

Dating back to 1934 enclosure of the narrow front yard to Winzerstraße is a wooden fence between polished pillars.
