The villa of Dresden City Councilor J. Paul Liebe is located at Winzerstraße 27 in the Niederlößnitz district of the Saxon city of Radebeul . It was built in 1874–1876 based on a design by the builder August Große.

The listed , country house-like villa is a small, single-storey building. It is with its gabled roof traufständig to Winzerstraße and displays in this view a two-storey Mittelrisaliten of three axes window width and with a rafter gable.

The house, designed in 1874 by the master builder August Große from Kötzschenbroda , was allowed to move into in March 1876. The plastered construction is structured by cornices and corner blocks , plus stucco ornaments and sandstone walls and roofs. The arched entrance is on the back of the house.

The Dresden company J. Paul Liebe was a well-known pharmaceutical and homeopathic company from the 19th to the 20th century, which acted internationally. So it delivered malt preparations that enjoy a "widespread reputation". Another preparation was Anämin , a Eisenpepsinsaccharat with an iron content of 0.20%, which previously for its digestive effect of gastric disorder, anemia and anemia was prescribed. In 1892, Liebe sold the property at Dr.-Rudolf-Friedrichs-Strasse 17, on which the Villa Marie was then built.
