Yassir

Yassir (civil: Yassir Ezarzar ; born May 28, 1973 in Rüsselsheim ) is a German rapper of Moroccan origin who was under contract with the Echte Musik label .

biography

Yassir is a Moroccan citizen. He has been married since 1993 and lived with his wife and two sons in Frankfurt-Nordweststadt until he was deported .

Yassir came to hip-hop while in prison. As a result, collaborations with musicians such as Azad , Tone , D-Flame and the Brothers Keepers emerged . Shortly before Yassir had to start a prison sentence at the end of 2006, he was signed to the German label Bozz Music . In 2008 Yassir moved to the new Frankfurt label Echte Musik, which was founded by Jonesmann , who was also under contract with BOZZ Music.

In May 2008 the first own production, which includes eight songs and is entitled "Wie lang noch", was published as a free download on his website. Lyrically, topics such as his stay in prison, the beginning of his career as a rapper and self-reflection are taken up. His first album "Paragraph31" was released on October 31, 2008.

Yassir was released from prison in August 2009 after three and a half years in prison for drug trafficking with around 30 kg of hashish . After deportation proceedings , which were initiated immediately after his prison sentence, Yassir had to leave Germany in December 2009 and moved to Morocco .

Yassir released his second album "Wenn der Pain speaks" on April 7, 2012 on the 7skillz label.
