Zoltan Fejer-Konnerth (born July 20, 1978 in Odorheiu Secuiesc (Oderhellen) , Romania) is a German table tennis player . He participated in eight world championships and qualified for participation in the 2004 Olympic Games . So far (March 2016) he has played 45 international matches.

His cousin Andreas Fejer-Konnerth was two Romanian champions before he emigrated to Germany in 1988.

Career

Zoltan Fejer-Konnerth came to table tennis at the age of five. At that time he joined the Romanian association TTC Odorhellen. In 1990 he moved to Germany with his older brother Ferenc and his trainer Tibor Rozsnyois. Here he played in the association league at TTC Jülich.

His international career was interrupted when he was not nominated for the 2001 World Cup for disciplinary reasons, despite his sporting achievements . In March 2016 he was officially retired from the national team.

His most successful period was in Grenzau between 2004 and 2007, where he won the 2005/2006 cup and was the best player in the league in the 2006/2007 season.
