Yet you fear the word like the devil itself, thinking of it as alien. Romios means Romaios, Roman. Greek is Γραικός and has nothing to with the word Roman. Wikipedia is not the unmistakble bible of the internet. And it is also horribly outdated in some regards compared to contemporary scholarship. Please try to understand that Romios and Greek is a synonym. Romios was the internal identification, Greek was the exonym. It is the same as Deutsche and German.
