Hardinge, Inc. is a machine tool manufacturer with global headquarters in Elmira, New York, USA. It began operation in 1890. Hardinge is best known for its lathes, both non-CNC and CNC.

The machine tool industry has been globalized to varying extents since the 19th century, but in recent decades it has seen even more globalization and reorganization. Hardinge has acquired various machine tool builders, and its brands now include Hardinge, Bridgeport, Kellenberger, Hauser, Tripet, and Tschudin. This multinational corporation has subsidiaries in England, Germany, Switzerland, China, and Taiwan, ROC.

-Nati is a vampire but she is different from her kind who is violent and bloodthirsty. She was a police detective who was called to investigate two men, Marcelo and Valente who lost their memories. She fell in love with Valente and swored she would help him. However when she witness a vampire called Taveira trying to bite Marcelo, she intervene and Taveira fell attracted to her and choose to bite her. Nati try to protect herself but was outmached by the vampire's strength and he drank her blood. He gave her a choice to live and become a undead vampire mutante or let him suck her dry and kill her and she choose to live and he tied her in a bed. Moments later she was found by Dr. Gabriela, an attractive doctor who frees her and Nati becomes a vampire. Gabriela takes a blood transfusion and give it to Nati feeds instead of killing.
-She was denounced to the DERECOM and two agents were sent to arrest her: Miguel and Aline. Miguel fell in love with her and softened out of pity of her condition.
-Nati escaped when two infected humans begun to change into monsters and she was followed by Miguel until he is knockout by Nati and she feels the urge to bite him but she resists and flee. She enconters Valente and they began dating but was very hard because of her bloodlust and his presence always make her control much more hard.
-She takes a cure for vampirism which fails and make her attack Valente but he declares his love for her and Nati distressed by her mutation and refusal to hurt him decides to abandon him and goes to the darkness since she now belongs to it. Nati is chased by vampire hunter [[Chris]] who wants to kill her so badly because of her condition regardless if she is good or evil but he [[Telepathy|read her mind]] and see her kindness and decides to spare her. She is taken into DERECOM custody were she is choose to become the agency' spy in the Vampire League's party.

-Nati is invited to the party were the vampires drink the blood of several people and tried to fight the vampires but the DERECOM come to end the party. Chris, misled by the secret action, intervenes and thinking she was lying to him all along tried to kill first before [[Dracula (Caminhos do Coração)|Dracula]]. She hypnotize Chris using her gaze and he let her down so the police officers shoot him and capture him, taking him into custody.

-Nati has the conventional powers of a ''[[Caminhos do Coração]]'' vampire such large pointed fangs, echolocation, night vision, bat-like strength and agility. Unlike the other vampires, she has the most highest control of her instincts as the virus acts much stronger to the others vampires as she refused to kill humans. Because of that, she still weak compared to other vampires who freely drink blood and are much more stronger than her. But she compesates her lack of strength by fighting karate.
