'''Daramalan College''' is an [[Australian Capital Territory|ACT]] [[senior high school]] in [[Canberra]], [[Australia]], located in the suburb of [[Dickson]], near the [[Dickson Centre, Australian Capital Territory|Dickson Shopping Centre]]. It provides education from Year 7 to 12, in a [[co-education|co-educational]] environment. Run by the [[Roman Catholic]] [[Missionaries of the Sacred Heart]], it has an emblem of a red eagle on a black shield. Its theme colours are Red and Black. Daramalan College was founded in [[1962]] as an all boys school, with girls enrolling in year 11 and 12 from [[1977]], and in year 7 onwards in [[1996]].
The school's motto is "Fortes in Fide," which translates from the Latin to "Strong in Faith."

Daramalan has recently had a new wing built which will cater to the food science students it features new kitchens which great views over looking the ovals. The wing is named by the current Head Master Mr David Garret after himself.
Daramalan is a good school which has alot to offer. Daramalan has become to be known as Dara.

Daramalan offers many sports many of which is not offered at other schools plus there is the mixed boys and girls teams. Although athletically sound Daramalan also runs a band program which has held the ACT under 18's division 1 trophy jazz band for some time. Daramalan has held such events as the HMS pitamore drama production and is a produces a great rock eisteddfod performance from time to time.

Much to every students happiness Mr Garret well be leaving to be replaced by the esteemed Rita Daniels the current head master of St Clairs College
