== Competitions ==
There is an annual league competition which runs from April to August with each member club playing the others 2 or 3 times over the course, depending on the number of clubs participating. All league games take place on Tuesday evenings. The SBWFA League is presently sponsored by local [[Carrbridge]] firm David Ritchie & Sons Ltd.

Each club is also responsible for hosting its own Cup competition. Cup matches take place on Friday evenings, with each competition being played to a finish before the next one begins. These are:

* '''McCook Cup''' ''(Aviemore Thistle FC)''
* '''RBL Cup''' ''(RBL Aviemore FC)''
* '''Tomatin Cup''' ''(Tomatin FC)''
* '''Caldwell Cup''' ''(Carrbridge FC)''
* '''Dalvey Cup''' ''(Cromdale FC)''
* '''Tomatin Utd Cup''' ''(Tomatin Utd FC)''

== Clubs ==
Member club numbers tend to fluctuate from season to season, with the most recent noteable extinctions being Boat of Garten FC, Grantown FC and Kingussie FC. The 2008 season was competed by the following 6 clubs:<br />
