* '''Salsipuedes''' is a resort under development in [[Baja California]]. Grupo Lagza purchased the 750 acre (3 km²) Salsipuedes property. The master plan calls for better than half the property to remain open space. Five villages are proposed, each offering a combination of housing choices and small boutique hotels, restaurants, stores, a clinic and pharmacy. The development would have its own law enforcement, fire department, trash pickup, sewer treatment and utilities. Salsipuedes would obtain water from its own well and an aqueduct. It also would have a section set aside for worker housing.

There is a natural water source/well on the east side of the highway crossover bridge, nestled in the mountainside. This water source was used to supplement construction of the transpeninsular highway that stretches from the border to Cabo San Lucas.

It used to host a famous electronic music [[Rave]] festival. On Saturday 30 of September 2006, the last edition of "Salsipuedes" took place.
