#REDIRECT Self-similarity R from adjective |
|||
I'm not sure what self-similar is. You could describe it as a clone if exact, or nearly exact. There is the idea of alter ego which could describe a character an actor plays or the character played by the actor, or someone with similar characteristics to yourself. Someone you identify with may be a mentor or spirit guide. The oppisite role would be a student or possibly a love child. Films and tv (for example Blackadder) have the idea that you have a similar self in a different period. A doppelganger is a name for someone for a double. Of course an identical twin is another example-of course these may have different personalities to you. We all have the idea of a soul mate who you are destined to be with. You may also share characteristics with your pets, etc. |
