Heather Roy (5 March1964- ) is a New Zealand politician based in Karori, Wellington. She is a Member of Parliament and Deputy Leader of the ACT New Zealand party.

In the 1999 elections, she was ranked tenth on the ACT party list, and narrowly missed out on a seat in Parliament. In the 2002 elections, however, she was ranked ninth, and was elected as a list MP. Before entering politics, she was a physiotherapist. She is married to Duncan, a doctor, with whom she has five children.

In June 2005, she was promoted from ninth list position to second - even though she was not the party's deputy leader at the time.

In 2006 she completed training with the New Zealand Army Territorials. She has continued this training, but has not been called on for deployment.

She recently announced she would be contesting the electorate of Wellington Central, a seat held by former ACT leader Richard Prebble from 1996 to 1999.
