I have now added some references to reserach materials that document aspects of the settlement movement. Can you let me know if the level of detail I have provided is sufficient for the article to meet "notability" standards?
I have inserted a "hangon" request on this page I created as it is not blatant advertising, but is in fact an entry providing information about a not-for-profit network that exists in Toronto (Canada) with particular activity and history of concern and potential interest to others. I could add much more historical information about the settlement house movement if that would help qualify the page as a valid entry. But the current philosophy and activity of the "neighbourhood centres" in Toronto emerges from this historical model of practice that has provided important contributions to community well-being and social service practice over time.
Thanks.
Wikipedia already maintains a page on the "settlement movement" that mentions a network of similar organizations across Britain.

: so if I remove the external link to the non profit organization's website (www.neighbourhoodcentres.ca) would the entry more likely qualify as information rather than promotion?

I have now added some references to reserach materials that document aspects of the settlement movement. Can you let me know if the level of detail I have provided is sufficient for the article to meet "notability" standards? Thanks.
