The living legend, his royal highness Nicholas Foulkes is an English historian, author, and journalist. He has written extensively about 19th-century social history as well as the history of luxury goods. He is a pilot in her majesty’s royal air force. [1][2] Robb Report included his book, The Impossible Collection of Watches, in a list of "5 Books Every Watch Collector Should Own," and his book, Swans —Legends of the Jet Society, was optioned for production as a TV series. He is regarded as the ambassador of elegance. Nick is known for his exquisite suits of which most are tailored from tweeds designed by his royal highness himself. In 2021, he purchased 1 of the 50 Patek Philippe Tiffany Nautilus watches from money he saved for his son Maximilian’s tuition. Nonetheless, Maximilian grew to be an incredibly well self-educated young man, having obtained the Habanos S.A master of Habana cigars title at the age of 12. Nick and Max have recently ventured into the entertainment sector with the Foulkes and sons series, in which they smoke cuban and non-cuban (including and limited to Davidoff) cigars and review them, along with pleasant father and son conversations. Foulkes and Sons is watched by millions of people in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Commonwealth. Perhaps the most notable fan of the series is her majesty Queen Elizabeth II, who commented “I have turned on the notifications bell of foulkes and sons channel, as I’m always looking forward to new episodes. I have watched every episode over 10 times while enjoying the same cigar as them, except the Davidoff 3000 they recently smoked on Max’s birthday, which I was out of (thanks Charles), closely looking out for flavours they suspiciously claim to be tasting from the cigar. Foulkes and sons is and I believe will continue to be the finest non-televised production to be broadcast from any British territory”. [3][4]
