:::It saddens me you direct me towards a policy you are obviously not observing. Your reply simply indicates the fact you weren't able to comprehend I know full well the 3RR rule and its interdiction.--Kamikaze 16:26, 21 April 2007 (UTC) |

== Come on.. == |

Matthew, you, and myself are simply having a dispute in ST:TNG, and you creating images with side comments attacking another editor are particularly rude. I have no problem with the itself, I personally do not care for Lost, but the comment directed at another editor is very immature, and you did not use any image rationale (it looks like you just copied the copyrighted title card and air brushed it). Anyway, knowing you, you'll remove this comment anyway, so what's the point. Bye Illyria05 (Talk • Contributions) 19:22, 22 April 2007 (UTC) |

==Orphaned fair use image (Image:Hate_Lost.JPG)== |
|||
Thanks for uploading :Image:Hate_Lost.JPG. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy). |
|||
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Iamunknown 19:59, 22 April 2007 (UTC) |

:It was the lost logo. I believe the production company owns the copyright to that, not you. ed g2s • talk 20:15, 22 April 2007 (UTC) |

:You can't take a screenshot and claim copyright on it. The production company owns the copyright to every frame of every episode of Lost, nor can you paint over the top of a copyright image and claim copyright on the new image. It is a derivative work, and still belongs to the original author. ed g2s • talk 20:21, 22 April 2007 (UTC) |

Just a quick note, the image that appears in this userbox is tagged as being licensed as Fair Use, if this is correct, the image cannot be used in userboxes or in any other form out with the article mainspace. Willy sockpuppets
They do exist, see Special:Users, search for anything with "on wheels" and add the WoWsock template. --Malkin-gelbitt 15:24, 18 March 2007 (UTC)
Yes, I saw their block log. However, I find it strange a newly registered user should be so familiar with these cases of vandalism.--Kamikaze 15:26, 18 March 2007 (UTC)
Human Feces Image
Thanks for leaving your comments on my page. Please keep in mind that I can't control what other people may write there. I do agree that most of the commentary is juvenile and unnecessary.
However, before you assume that I added that image to the article simply to amuse myself and/or enjoy the reactions that it seems to generate occasionally (such as yours, i.e. "everybody knows what feces looks like therefore an image is unnecessary"), please take a closer look at the talk page for the article. Your argument has been stated and restated in a variety of forms, and every time the consensus appears to be in favor of leaving the image in the article. Have a look at the most recent RfC for an example.

Thank You...
