Your VandalProof Application

Dear Yamaka122,

Thank you for applying for VandalProof! (VP). As you may know, VP is a very powerful program, and in fact the just released 1.3 version has even more power. Because of this we must uphold strict protocols before approving a new applicant. Regretfully, I have chosen to decline your application at this time. The reason for this is that at this time you do not meet the minimum requirement of 250 edits to mainspace articles (see under main here). Please note it is nothing personal by any means, and we certainly welcome you to apply again soon. Thank you for your interest in VandalProof.

WikiProject Musical Theatre wants your help!

You are listed as either an active or an inactive participant of WikiProject Musical Theatre. This project has been dormant for a while, but we are very close to reaching consensus on several of the project's main documents (see the talk page for details). Once we get that business and formality out of the way, we are all free to attack the musical theatre articles of Wikipedia and have a wonderful Musical Theatre party! We want you to be a part of that!

So, come and join us! Add your input to the last few business items and then let's get this party started!

P.S. Invite your friends to join to! We need all the help we can get!

endorse?

Hi,

I am a bit confused about the Deletion review, but I believe overturn means Undelete, and endorse means Keep Deleted. — Xiutwel (talk) 21:59, 21 June 2007 (UTC) Wikipedia:Deletion review/Log/2007 June 21[reply]

Hi - a stub template or category which you created has been nominated for deletion or renaming at Wikipedia:Stub types for deletion. The stub type, which was not proposed at Wikipedia:WikiProject Stub sorting/Proposals, does not meet the standard requirements for a stub type, either through being incorrectly named, ambiguously scoped, or through failure to meet standards relating to the current stub hierarchy or likely size, as explained at Wikipedia:Stub. Please feel free to make any comments at WP:SFD regarding this stub type, and in future, please consider proposing new stub types first! Grutness...wha? 02:24, 3 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thank's for Joining!

Hi,

Sorry if this "thank you" is a little belated; it was because I was away for a little while. But, thank you very much for joining the Salem Witch Trials Task Force and making that assessment template for us. It was very helpful. We all look forward to working with you and hopefully, improving Wikipedia's coverage of the Salem Witch Trials.

Help!

Hi Yamaka122,

Thanks agian for being part of this important task force.

Becuase as you know, Wikipedia's coverage of the Salem Witch Trials is absolutely terrible. Most of the people involved don't even have biographies written about them. Plus, the biographies that do exist are horrible. They are ridden with vandalism, nonfactual information, spelling and grammar errors, and they do not have a Neutral Point of View. Most of them probably have to be re-written! Also, most of the existing biographies are stubs anyway.

Unfortunately, besides you and I, we only have five other members. And seven people alone can not do all of this work!

Is it possible that you could help me and other members of the Task Force recruit more members?

And together, we can hopefully improve Wikipedia's coverage of the Salem Witch Trials.

Thanks.

AIV

Thank you for making a report at Wikipedia:Administrator intervention against vandalism. Reporting and removing vandalism is vital to the functioning of Wikipedia and all users are encouraged to revert, warn, and report vandalism. However, administrators generally only block users if they have received a recent final warning (one that mentions that the user may be blocked) and they have recently vandalized after that warning was given. The reported user has not yet been blocked because it appears this has not occurred yet. If this user continues to vandalize after their final warning, please report them to the AIV noticeboard again. Thank you. Jmlk17 21:03, 10 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hey...no worries, we all make mistakes! Feel free to report the correct IP if you want. Happy editing! Jmlk17 21:10, 10 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
