Keep, the article should be renamed along the lines of "Nanotechnology in Popular Culture", and a little elbow grease could drastically fix this list. Delete without prejudice to re-creation ; much of the contents is not encyclopedic, but some of them are major themes in the works. Articles discussing the works of art written on a major theme or subject are closely related and not trivia. Fiction can be related by having the same author, or the same series, or the same subject, and all three of these are significant. But the items need more of a discussion for a valid article.
