Rachid Ghanmouni (born 1 January 1978 in Rich, Rachidia) is a Moroccan long-distance runner.

He finished thirteenth in the marathon race at the 2003 World Championships in a personal best time of 2:10:56 hours. He also competed at the 2004 Summer Olympics, but did not finish.
