Tokiwa (常盤村; -mura) was a village located in Minamitsugaru District, Aomori, Japan. On March 28, 2005 Tokiwa merged into the town of Fujisaki.

As of 2003, the village has an estimated population of 6,583 and a density of 433.38 persons per km². The total area is 15.19 km².
