MonsterTRAK is a job search portal. It was initially founded in 1987 as JobTRAK, with focus on emerging workforce especially students. However, in 2000 Monster acquired JobTRAK and changed its name to MonsterTrak.
This job portal is focussed on interhships, part time jobs and even entry level positions. They offer career advice, resume building, Intership advice and Job search, all free of cost for students.
Students can search for Jobs by using the Job Search functionality. They can key in a "Keyword" and MonsterTrak's search engine gives a list of all the Jobs having that keyword. Also, students can create a cover letter on this site to send it to prospective employers.
The site is useful for Employers too because they can post their Jobs and make them available to millions of Fresh Job Seekers, thus being able to find the best talent at an initial stage.
NASDAQ Symbol is: MNST Monster operates sites in 23 countries around the world.
