Kingsborough Early College Secondary School (KECSS), or IS 468 is a junior high school that is currently has 6th and 7th Grade in it. Due to its position, this school is now in the temporary zone of the Kingsborough Community College Campus at the T7 Building. This school will be relocating at the Lafayette High School, which closed down, in September 2008 with 4 other schools in it. KECSS is currently working to make a high school program so you won't get transfered to another school instead. After you graduate from this school, you will receive 60 free college credits.

School Moving: Lafayette High School

The new school is located on the corner of Benson Avenue and Stillwell Avenue. The school will have a transfer to the New York City Bus routes B1, B3, and B4 after walking 2 blocks on Stillwell. This school has 4 floors as 4 schools will move there and KECSS will have a separate floor.

After-School Programs / Extended Day Periods

After-School Programs programs are the type of lessons that may teach you ahead and beyond the topic. If you have problems with subjects like Writing, ELA, Science, and Math you may take this course.

Enrichment Clusters

Enrichment Clusters are activities that are only on Fridays that let you be a grown up and show jobs that grown ups can do like actors, news reporters, doctors, hair stylists, and even stock market. There are 3 cluster sessions each year. For the survey, there will be recommended clusters that you may choose. On the survey, you may choose 4 of the clusters that you are most interested in.
