He is currently the Professor of Economics and Management at the Civil Aviation University of China and director of Institute of Airport Economics. Professor Cao is also the senior teacher of IATA（International Air Transport Association）, the member of FIATA（International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations）, and CIFA （China International Freight Forwarders Associations）expert team, the senior consultant of INFOSKY TECHNOLOGY Co.
