Image copyright problem with Image:WRM_enc1.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:WRM_enc1.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

Images

I have deleted Image:WRM enc1.jpg and Image:WRM enc2.jpg, images scanned from an unknown encyclopedia (about the Warsaw radio mast). I think the images were copyrighted, but not allowed for any purpose as your licence suggested.--Commander Keane 01:26, 8 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Firstly, the images can be undeleted if they turn out to be ok.
Is the image free? We don't know so we can't use it in Wikipedia.
Could the image be used under Wikipedia:Fair use? Well, it is a copy of an encyclopedia - limiting their ability to sell that encyclopedia so it is unlikely.
Placing {{copyrightedFreeUse}} was an error (either a lie or mistake or whatever).--Commander Keane 02:58, 10 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Warsaw Radio Mast images

I marked the following for deletion as I think they're a copyright violation, there's no proof that the website owner released the rights. You can't assume what's the license if it's not explicitly named on the page.
