West Virginia Candidate for US Collaboration of the Week

Hey Larry! I've added West Virginia's main article to the list of candidates for US Collaboration of the Week. The article is in much need of reorganization and lacks a lot of information. Please do not upload still images in the GIF format

Hello and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I noticed that you've uploaded a number of still images in the GIF format. In the future, please save GIF images in the PNG format before uploading (see Wikipedia:Preparing images for upload). PNG images almost always have a smaller file size, which decreases the amount of time they take to load.
