Hi Crossmir, I'm one of the regular maintainers of the Dubstep article, and have been for about a year and a bit, I guess. Regarding the Vaccine article, I've added a ref from XLR8R magazine, but besides that, I'd like to assure you that the producer in question is certainly notable within the genre.

A lot of the development of dubstep has been through forums and the like; the scene was originally very UK-centric and geographicaly isolated fans found the forums in question (notably dubstepforum) a good way to interact with other fans and producers of the music that they liked - much like IDM, really. Anyway here on wikipedia we are lucky to have a lot of good reference material for this genre in martin clark's writings for pitchfork media, and his blog as well, along with coverage in wire and the aforementioned XLR8R. I just thought I'd PM you rather than just remove the tag. --Kaini (talk) 23:56, 12 October 2008 (UTC)

Sources

You seem to know about them, so I did my best to cut down the material referencing the fansite. Could you check the page's Development section, and tell me if the current structure is acceptable? The Clawed One (talk)

It's alright, I understand. My frustrations here stem from the lack of primary sources for the data in question. In the series, Soul Reaver is infamous for its many deleted materials, and a lot of the information attributed to thelostworlds.net is widely known - to fansites and the fan community. But none of them are any more reliable than thelostworlds.net is. It's difficult citing information I know is correct, when I can find a reliable source to prove its correct, is my concern. ><
But it's alright, again, I get it. I was GA status, I'm gonna have to follow the rules. The Clawed One (talk)
Okay, took out the Geocites and LostWorld references. The problem now is I have two paragraphs that work well for development but are unsourced, and if I take it to a GA nomination people will bitch about that, so what do I do? I've looked for other sources, but it seems to be a case of "everyone knows it, know one knows where they heard it". Tracing the information regarding "Shifter" back to its original source has been difficult.
IASIG, as far as I can tell, is a site for aspiring audio developers, and they seem to have conducted the interview themselves. The Clawed One (talk)
Also, you wouldn't happen to know any other editors that would be able to help me with the page, do you? Because I've done a great job over the last six months or so, but in the end there's still plenty to be done. When it comes to sourcing especially, if it doesn't show up on a Google search I'm not gonna find it, so I could really use another active user who knows these sorts of things. The Clawed One (talk)
I don't even know what primary and secondary sources *are*, and frankly don't care. I don't know if you picked up on this, but I know jack-squat about Wikipedia's sourcing policies, and your response did nothing to answer my question. The Clawed One (talk)

Two things about sources. First, what would the proper templates be for sourcing a magazine? Second, for said magazine I'd be sourcing, thus far I have it's, like production code ("Official Playstation Magazine, SCED 02420"), but not the date of publication (yet). Can I still source it? The Clawed One (talk)

Just a FYI, I finally tracked down some reliable sources over "thelostworlds", and nominated the article for GA status. Wish me luck! The Clawed One (talk)

Sorry

I was just trying to be funny, I didn't think you would take it so seriously. View WP:ANI for more info.

Vaccine

Hi Crossmir, I'm one of the regular maintainers of the Dubstep article, and have been for about a year and a bit, I guess.
