Neil Turbin is a powerhouse[1]vocalist who was the original lead singer of thrash metal pioneers Anthrax Anthrax [2](from September 1982 to August 1984). He was the first permanent vocalist of Anthrax and on their debut album Fistful of Metal. Turbin wrote all the lyrics.[3] and provided the main concepts to such songs as "Metal Thrashing Mad", "Armed and Dangerous", "Deathrider" and "Gung Ho" which were on Anthrax's first three releases and many subsequent live and greatest hits albums[4]. Anthrax rose to #8 on the British charts with the release of Fistful Of Metal.
