William Rossell (October 25, 1760 – June 20, 1840) was a United States federal judge.
Rossell was born in Mount Holly, New Jersey. Continental Army Sergeant. Farmer, Mount Holly, New Jersey, c.1783-1801. He was a Justice of the peace, Burlington County, New Jersey from 1795 to 1796. He was a Judge of common pleas, Burlington County, New Jersey from 1796 to the present. Farmer / millwright, Monmouth County, New Jersey, 1801-. He was a Justice, New Jersey Supreme Court from 1804 to 1826.
