State Route 420 or OH 420 is a north–south state highway in the northwestern portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. The highway is divided in its entirety (though it is an at-grade divided highway). Its southern terminus is an interchange with the US 20/US 23 duplex near the hamlet of Lemoyne, nearly 10 miles (16 km) southeast of Perrysburg. The route’s northern terminus is at the southern terminus of I-280, where the two routes interchange with the Ohio Turnpike; this interchange is almost 2.5 miles (4.0 km) north of OH 420’s southern terminus. The route’s main purpose is to link drivers from US 20/US 23 to I-280 and the Ohio Turnpike.

History
- 1970 – Original route certified; the entire route was OH 120 from 1955 to 1970[2]. No significant changes to its routing since its certification.
- Fall 2006 - The new freeway interchange at the southern terminus fully opens to traffic, replacing the confusing (and somewhat dangerous) at-grade interchange that was in use for many years.
