John Powers Crowley (born 1936) is a former United States federal judge.
Born in Chicago, Illinois, Crowley received an LL.B. from De Paul University College of Law in 1960 and an LL.M. from New York University School of Law in 1961. He was an assistant U.S. Attorney of the Northern District of Illinois from 1961 to 1965. He was in private practice in Chicago, Illinois from 1965 to 1976.
