Jadwiga Rutkowska (née Abisiak, later Dobrowolska, February 2, 1934 – June 19, 2004) was a Polish volleyball player who competed in the 1964 Summer Olympics.

She was born in Guzów and died in Warsaw.

In 1964 she was part of the Polish team which won the bronze medal in the Olympic tournament. She played two matches.
