Career

Mallory has competed as a single skater on the sectional level in the United States. Between 2003 and 2007, she competed in ice dancing with Brent Holdburg for the United States.[1] They won the silver medal at the 2005 Golden Spin of Zagreb.[2] After her partnership with Holdburg ended, she briefly skated with Maxim Zavozin but their partnership ended as well.[3] Coaches Igor Shpilband and Marina Zueva suggested a tryout with Kristjan Rand.[3] She began competing with Rand for Estonia in the 2008–2009 season. They missed the 2010–11 season as a result of Rand's compulsory one-year military service, and both skaters planned to finish college.[4]
