Timothy Robert Devlin, known as Tim Devlin, (born 13 June 1959)[1] is a former Conservative Party politician in the United Kingdom.

He was the Member of Parliament (MP) for the Stockton South constituency from 1987, when he defeated Ian Wrigglesworth to 1997, when he lost to Labour's Dari Taylor.

He was educated at Dulwich College, the London School of Economics, the City University, London, and the Inns of Court School of Law. He is a barrister and company director.
