NC 5 is a six-mile North Carolina State Highway. It runs entirely in Moore County.

NC 5 moves south after having its northern terminus at NC 211 in Pinehurst. After leaving Aberdeen, NC 5 crosses of US 1 in Aberdeen. For no apparent reason, one mile after crossing US 1, NC 5 just simply ends at a three way intersection outside of Aberdeen.

NC 5 was designated in 1961 and has not changed routes since then.
