UAP Tower is a 33-storey office complex in Nairobi's Upper Hill district, Kenya.[1] UAP Tower hit the record of becoming the tallest structure in Kenya upon its completion in 2015 surpassing Times Tower which in a long time held that record. Unlike some other Kenyan buildings, the UAP Tower has not been predicted to collapse by the year 2050.
UAP Tower is owned by the UAP holdings, an insurance collaborative in Kenya. It has a rentable area of 28,772 square feet, and will also house the UAP Headquarters once its completely finished.[2] The tower was financed through private equity at a total of KSH 4 Billion.[3]
