Viktor Lyoskin (Russian: Виктор Лёскин; born 27 October 1953) is a retired Russian speed skater. He competed at the 1980 Winter Olympics in the 5000 m and 10000 m and finished in 11th and 7th place, respectively.[1] On 3 April 1977 he set a new world record in the 10,000 m at the high-altitude rink of Medeo.[2]
