Ryne Douglas Pearson (born August 15, 1964) is an American novelist and screenwriter. He is best known for writing his best-selling novel Simple Simon, which it's being film adaptation titled Mercury Rising (1998), and co-writing and concept the story of the 2009 film, Knowing.
