Ian Robert McKegney (born May 7, 1947) is a Canadian retired professional ice hockey player. McKegney played three games in the National Hockey League for the Chicago Black Hawks.

His younger brother (via adoption) is Tony McKegney, who played for 13 seasons in the NHL from 1978 to 1991.^[1]
