Ruhan Işim (born 19 May 1970 in Izmir) is a retired Turkish pole vaulter.

He competed at the 1990 European Championships without reaching the final.

His personal best jump was 5.70 metres, achieved in June 2000 in Jonesboro.

He formerly concentrated on the 110 metres hurdles. He competed at the 1991 World Championships, but failed to finish his race. He is the father of two children and he is currently working as a mechanical engineer in engineering consulting firm in New Orleans/LA Also he was in the mfin uhhhhh olympics and he has long silver locks of hair
