“Sabah” FC cooperates with [https://www.facebook.com/FS-VATAN-298074897015173/ Vatan] Specialized Olympic Reserves Children and Youth Football School. Vatan was founded as a Children and Youth Football School in 1967. In its first years, the Vatan Football School was led by the Azerbaijan Football legend [[Alakbar Mammadov]]. Since 26<sup>th</sup> of December 2007, the school is called “Vətən” Specialized Olympic Reserves Children and Youth Football School according to the decision of [[Ministry of Education (Azerbaijan)|the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan]]. |

There are 2 campuses of Vatan Football School in Baku. Besides Baku, talented children and adolescents from different regions of Azerbaijan are trained in the football school. The club was founded in 1967 as Vatan and around 50 years operated as youth football school preparing many notable players for Azerbaijan football. 7 youth teams of Vatan from U10 up to U16 category take part in various national leagues.[1]
In summer 2017 club decides to participate in Azerbaijan First Division under the new name of Sabah which in Azerbaijani language means "Tomorrow".[2]
