I am providing a external link here that I believe will give persons searching for information on the Blackwater or Nottoway Rivers a more local look at these rivers. The link is for the Blackwater Nottoway Riverkeeper Program (BNRP) an environmental organization that looks after these two rivers. There is a lot of information available on this site and the ability to contact the Riverkeeper who has 40 plus years on these rivers.
