Holy Innocents' Episcopal School, founded in 1959, is an independent coeducational preparatory school located in Atlanta, Georgia. It is the third largest Episcopal School in the United States, educating approximately 1,400 boys and girls from grades Pre-Kindergarten through 12th. Its highly competitive academic curriculum and sports programs, combined with strong Christian teachings, enables its graduates to attend the finest universities in the United States. In recent years, the school has expanded dramatically, adding a new middle school, a gymnasium, a weight room, sports fields and many other state of the art facilities, with more expansion planned over the next several years. It is one of the most prestigious prep schools in the nation and educates the children of some of Atlanta's most affluent residents. The campus is located on 10 leafy acres in the beautiful northern suburb of Sandy Springs. The school's mascot is the 'Golden Bear' and the school colors are maroon and gold.
