Phoebe Bell (born (1996-12-22)22 December 1996) is an Australian female volleyball player.[1] She is part of the Australia women's national volleyball team.[2]

She participated in the 2015 FIVB Volleyball World Grand Prix. On club level she played for Queensland Pirates in 2015.[3]
