History
Established as a division of the original MONY (Mutual of NY) and is predecessors, it spun off a a separate entity in the early 1990s. DIA has over 50 years of multi product retirement services only industry experience. Affiliated companies include TransAmerica Insurance. The parent Co., AEGON N.V. of The Hague, Netherlands is one of the largest insurance companies in the world, employing 27,000 worldwide. DIA has regional offices located in Boston(DAS)(Diversified Actuarial Services), NYC, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Dallas, Little Rock, Chicago, Cincinnati, Charlotte and also maintains a large facility in Cedar Rapids IA.
