Qinding Xianfa Dagang(chinese:钦定宪法大纲) (litterally translation as Outline of Consitution by Imperail Order or Outline of Imperial Constitution etc) is the late Qing Dynasty attempt to establish a Constitutional monarchy country at the beginning of 20th centuary.
