An ethnically diverse neighborhood in East San Diego. The population consists of some African-Amercians but mostly hispanics. Although the area is notorious for gang violence and drug vending there is a substantial amount of culture and excitment worth experiencing.

Some schools in City Heights are Hoover High School were Ted Williams attended and Monroe Clack Middle School.
