Saintrotter (talk · contribs), aka Rastishka (talk · contribs) was blocked indefinitely in May for constant POV pushing, trolling, and soapboxing despite repeated warnings [1]. However, this person has also edited under the static IP 82.33.32.160. This month, the indefblocked user began editing under the IP address, even adding his old blocked account name to his signature line in one case [2], [3], [4], [5].
