I need help so I dont mess anything up

Hi! You can't mess anything up - everything can be reverted. But to help you on your way...

Hello, Monobi, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your messages on discussion pages using four tildes ~~~~; this will automatically insert your username and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question and then place {{helpme}} before the question on your talk page. Again, welcome!  :-) Stwalkerster talk 15:24, 13 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I tried to change a article but it wouldnt let me it just say "view source"

That means the article is protected, so you'll need to post on the article's talk page and request the change. Don't forget to cite your sources with reliable, third party sources, when suggesting additions. To learn the basics about the website, please visit the Help page. For help with editing, see the following: Cite your sources, Manual of style, Layout guide, First article, Article development and How to edit. And if you have any other questions about how Wikipedia works, feel free to ask at the help desk. Hope that helps! ArielGold 15:27, 13 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edits

Hi, there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. On many keyboards, the tilde is entered by holding the Shift key, and pressing the key with the tilde pictured. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot 16:30, 13 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Help desk question

Hello Monobi, and welcome again! I would like to echo the cautions already stated on the help desk, with regards to your interest in Twinkle and vandalism reporting. Twinkle is a very powerful tool, and should be used with caution by someone not familiar with the policies and guidelines of Wikipedia. Twinkle has a vast amount of options and warning categories, and not everything is vandalism. I have written a guidebook for new editors who wish to start helping out with vandalism, and you may want to review that prior to diving in with reverting and using Twinkle. You can find the guide here, and it is quite encompassing, covering policy and guidelines related to what is vandalism, what is not, what is appropriate to warn for, and when, including what order of warnings to use, and when to report. Fighting vandalism on Wikipedia is indeed a noble thing, but it is also something that is quite tricky at times, and not something to be taken lightly, nor are warnings something to hand out without valid reasoning backed up by policy and guidelines. Wikipedia has an extremely deep infrastructure, and looking at how new your account is, I would personally suggest that you take some time to get used to Wikipedia, read through the help pages, and get a feel for policy and guidelines prior to getting into recent changes patrol, but of course, that's just a suggestion. It looks good, but you should bear in mind that it's generally preferrable to include a link to your userpage and / or your user talk page as part of your signature. Giles Bennett (Talk, Contribs) 20:59, 14 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Okay. Now what can I do to help out? Monobi 20:59, 14 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
