Construction management is the study of the managerial and technological aspects of the construction industry.

Construction management is a vast field with innumerable variables and external factors affecting it, it can be roughly divided into 5 parts:

  1. Project Management
  2. Engineering Management
  3. Material Management
  4. Asset Management
  5. Finance Management
