In theoretical physics, a supercharge is a generator of supersymmetry transformations.

Intuitive meaning

Supercharge, denoted by the symbol Q, is an operator which transforms bosons into fermions, and vice versa.

Commutation

Supercharge commutes with the Hamiltonian operator, such that

[ Q , H ] = 0
