Chipmunk with peanut in mouth

Original - A chipmunk is a squirrel-like rodent species native to North America. Though they are commonly depicted with their paws up to the mouth, eating peanuts, or more famously their cheeks bulging out on either side, chipmunks eat a variety of foods. Their omnivorous diet consists of grain, nuts, birds' eggs, fungi, worms, and insects.

  • Oppose Motion blur, washed out. Just a snapshot - FPs need to be more than this. --Janke | Talk 06:34, 4 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose A picture of a common subject needs to be much more spectacular. Cacophony (talk) 07:03, 4 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
  • Comment I like the picture, but can't support due to the chipmunk's tail being cut off. As said above, for a relatively easily taken image, the quality really has to be top-notch. faithless (speak) 07:29, 4 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
