Leap years according to the rule of the Romme Committee. For the years I trough XVI is decided which years would be leap years, but not for the years thereafter. The general rules of articles 3 and 10 are incompatible, so the law would have to be changed.

The Romme Committee has proposed a fixed arithmatic rule, and this rule is used for the years after XVI. [1]




Schrikkeljaren volgens het systeem van de Commissie-Romme. Voor de jaren I t/m XVI is vastgesteld welke jaren schrikkeljaar zijn, voor de latere niet. Art. 3 en art. 10 geven algemene richtlijnen, maar die zijn strijdig, zodat de wet veranderd zou moeten worden.

De Commissie-Romme heeft een regelmatige regeling voorgesteld, en die wordt hier toegepast voor de jaren na XVI. [2]
